After presenting the series Redmi Note 13 in China a couple of months ago, the smartphone maker Xiaomi is getting ever closer to its release to the rest of the world. Today we discover that the Redmi Note 13 4G has already received the FCC certificate, one of the most important regulators in the world.
Redmi Note 13 4G certified on FCC: the first specifications of the device revealed
The Redmi Note 13 4G was first revealed in Singapore, where it was entered into the IMDA database. Now, the device has also visited the FCC website, which confirms some of its key features.
According to the certificate, the Note 13 4G supports 2G, 3G and networks 4G, as well as networks 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi. This is a device that supports two SIM cards, equipped with GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS and SBAS for navigation. Furthermore, it has Bluetooth and will ship with MIUI 14, Xiaomi's custom interface based on Android 13.
Having said that, the certificate does not reveal other details on the technical specifications of the Redmi Note 13 4G, we can therefore only assume that the processor will be the same Snapdragon 685 used in the previous generation. Small improvements are also expected in other aspects such as the camera, battery, screen and so on.
So let's quickly recall the specifications of the Redmi Note 12 4G starting from AMOLED screen from 6.67 inches with an FHD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor, accompanied by LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 internal storage.
The Redmi Note 13 4G is expected to launch soon in Asian markets, including India, China, Japan and Indonesia. It is not yet known whether it will also arrive in Europe or the United States. However, it is an interesting smartphone for those looking for an economical but high-performance device, with a large and fluid screen, a versatile camera and a long-lasting battery.
