Obviously for many people, that price exceeds the budget they're willing to spend on a TV. Well, Xiaomi knows this and for this reason its sub brand, Redmi, has also launched a new 85-inch ultra large TV under the name of RedmiX 85″ TV and a much more reasonable price. Redmi's TV will in fact be sold in China priced at 4499 yuan, about 590 euros at current exchange rates.

As the name suggests, the Redmi X 85″ TV uses a large 85-inch screen with 4K resolution, a direct backlight and supports 1,07 billion colors. Furthermore, the panel also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, so as to align with all the other products that now support this refresh rate, such as smartphones, tablets and PCs. There is also the integration of MEMC technology which can make the image smoother and more enjoyable.

Performance-wise, the 85-inch Redmi X TV is equipped with a quad core processor with Cortex A55. This chip supports 4K HDR decoding and is accompanied by well 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space. We should therefore have a very fast user experience and without any slowdown.

As for the ports instead, the TV is equipped with two HDMI ports, a USB 2.0 port, a USB 3.0 port, a network cable port, AV input and other interfaces.
