A few days ago we talked about one new Xiaomi device which could be presented shortly as the photo proposed by the rumors depicts the smartphone sales package. We are talking about the alleged Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus which for the moment remains wrapped up by the mystery and rumors that also add a probable technical card made up of the processor Snapdragon 425 (or perhaps the 435), both belonging to Qualcomm's 400 series, the American company's low-cost line. In particular, the Snapdragon 435 is an octacore processor with Cortex A53 ARM architecture while the Snapdragon 425 is a quadcore Cortex A53 CPU.
However, apart from these rumors, as we specify that nothing is official, there is no further information about the Redmi 5 Plus unless it can adopt a display by 5,7 inches with 18 ratio:9 and operating system Android 7.1.1 on MIUI 9 interface, a choice that could make the fans discuss because some top-of-the-range gamers, such as the Mi Note 3, have been offered with MIUI 8.
Finally it looks like the new device could be submitted enter the end of this month with a price of 999 yuan, equivalent to about 127 euros. Personally I hope that Xiaomi is not again entering that phase where every week it releases a smartphone equal to the previous ones except for small changes, even if my consideration is relative to our latitudes, while in the eastern markets it seems that this is really appreciated.
