Xiaomi Chinese Company was founded 6 April of 2010 by its founder Lei Jun and began his great climb in the technology sector with a smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi 1. After this first great success, due to their customized Android interface (MIUI), many others followed the company at its current levels. This was possible thanks to its very aggressive prices, always accompanied by hardware of all respect, and from an approach directed towards the consumer and not towards the gain (long-term economic policy) | Why does Xiaomi manage to produce smartphones at lower prices than the competition? |. Currently the company has expanded a lot, producing technological devices of all kinds, and operates in numerous new markets, two of which have become the most important smartphone markets in the world, namely the Chinese and the Indian one.
To celebrate the anniversary of the birth of the company, each year towards 6 April, Xiaomi puts in place the We Fan Festival, during which all the company's products are discounted. Also this year this event was held which, which ended a few days ago, recorded figures far higher than those of previous years, effectively setting a new record for the company.
In fact, during last year's Mi Fan festival, Xiaomi had a turnover of about 17 billion, while this year the company has achieved a profit higher than 25 billion, with a number of participants (calculated on single access) equal to approximately 47 million.
At the same time, the Mi Fan festival in India was also held this year, in which the company managed to sell over 100 smartphones and accessories, registering, on the last day of the event, access to the website of ben 1.2 million of users (calculated on single access). During these events, all Xiaomi brand devices were discounted, including the latest news in recent weeks such as: Xiaomi Mi 5 Pro, Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro, IHR Rice Cooker, 3 Router, Mi Water Purifier 2 and Mi TV 3S.
