We understand your frustration and impatience (we also have blocked shipments) but we're sorry to hear that many of you, completely misrepresenting the cause of the incident, have proceeded with the redemption requests through PayPal. Your parcels will come the same and GearBest will unjustly suffer a serious economic damage.

Also, customs clearance will change and delivery times will pass from the current 5-15 days to 8-18 days (realistically 15 days compared to the 10 we were used to)

The situation is normalizing he last orders were delivered in the usual times. We very much hope that it is a temporary situation, but above all not worse. If GearBest as an extreme gesture decides to remove this type of shipping, we would all be damaged.

I still remind you that GearBest as a business policy may decide to refuse future purchases to anyone who has converted a dispute with PayPal in complaint.
