This was achieved using a device connected to a 5G SA network (standalone) and a total of 300 MHz of spectrum. The Snapdragon X75 took advantage of a 4xCA configuration, ensuring a higher data transmission capacity.
Speed and efficiency: the future of 5G
The 7,5Gbps speed isn't just an impressive number; represents a real revolution for the mobile industry, the Internet of things, industry and much more. Imagine being able to download a 2 hour 4K video in less than 40 seconds! This is the power of the Snapdragon X75.
But it's not just about speed. The Snapdragon X75 also promises up to 20% more energy efficient than its predecessor. Thanks to the integrated artificial intelligence processor, it ensures greater stability and reduced latency in mobile connections.
Future perspectives
The Snapdragon X75 is a symbol of progress and innovation. With its launch scheduled for second half of the 2023, marks a step forward for the future of 5G connectivity.
Sunil Patil, vice president of Qualcomm, said: “The Snapdragon X75 is the smartest wireless modem we've ever created and is designed for the future, ready for 5G Advanced, to help operators define the next generation of networks worldwide".
