By now absolute certainty Xiaomi is preparing to present a new phone by September and there is no doubt that this will be one of the Mi Note 2 (Mi Pro) and Mi 5S.
Since I am just leaked in the form of screenshots the complete technical specifications of the latter, it is no longer certain that the first to see the light will be the Mi Note 2.
As we imagined, the technical characteristics are truly amazing. In a thickness of 7.25mm and a weight of 147 grams, it will (finally) incorporate the display Touch 3D with a size of 5.15 inches, the same as Mi5. The cpu will be a Qualcomm SnapDragon 821 supported by one Adreno GPU 530, 6GB of LPDDR4 and 256GB RAM (UFS2.0) of internal memory. There will almost certainly be more than one variant, probably with a lower memory cut: 4GB RAM and 64 / 128 internal memory.
In addition, the Mi 5S will be equipped with a photographic sensor Sony from 16mp with an opening from f / 1.8, optical stabilization and support to PDAF (autofocus phase detection). The battery will receive an upgrade to its predecessor, it will in fact be 3490mAh and of course with quick charging QuickCharge 3.0 through a connector USB Type-C. Confirmation of connection support NFC.
The price also stands in line with previous releases, that is 2999 yuan ($ 447) for the Exclusive version.
As expected, the Xiaomi Mi 5S will fill some gaps or expectations that accompanied the Mi5 (see the 3d touch) and there is no doubt that this model will be as successful as its predecessor!
The TENAA certification is now around the corner, we just have to resist a little longer.
