As soon as you take it out of the package, you are struck by its design: it certainly does not go unnoticed thanks to the flamboyant yellow fluo color (also available in black or white) and its shapes that make it easily recognizable by some small details without, however, exceeding in terms of style. The touch and feel is good and the plastic materials give a sense of strength and quality.

It is certainly not a small smartwatch, in fact the case is 13mm thick and has a diameter of 45mm and above all it affects the weight: only 45,5 grams that distributed on a certainly not small device make it seem even lighter. The performance of this device is entrusted to a Mediatek MT2601 SoC that with 512MB of RAM e 4GB of ROM manages to make the user experience fluid and pleasant. To complete the hardware equipment there are biometric sensor for heartbeat detection, bluetooth 4.1 and wi-fi b / g / n. But the real highlight of this smarthatch is the 1,4 ”multitouch display with resolution 400 × 400 px with technology OLED which makes it clearly visible in all conditions of light and economical of energy.
Software
The UI of this Ticwatch is typical of devices with an operating system Wear OS by Google: simple but fluid and very functional. There are dedicated Ticwatch apps for monitoring sports activity. Personally I found TicBattito very effective for pulse detection, always accurate and without missing a beat.
Experience of use
After the first few minutes of adaptation, especially by those like me who are used to having smart bands, you don't even realize you have such a bulky smartwatch on your wrist thanks to its featherweight and its great ergonomics. Convenient and precise in detecting physical activities and notifications, it is an object from which it will be difficult to part.

I recommend the purchase of a Ticwatch S to all those who love sports and technology, it will be the ideal companion in physical activity but also useful for not missing a notification while you are in the office. You will also fall in love with its design, bright display and extreme lightness.
