In the reviews, it was indicated that he had used the smartphone for a week, bringing negative aspects to the attention of the community, such as the overheating of the device and an autonomy limited to only 2 hours, as well as strong criticism on the photographic sector, instead of the spearhead. by Mi 10 Ultra.
Xiaomi not satisfied with these judgments, he decided to start the investigation of the case, discovering that what was declared by the user did not coincide at all with reality, as in less than 24 hours it is impossible to make judgments on a smartphone, which are these positive or negative.
Moral of the matter is that the user was sued and that after almost a year, the judge agreed with Xiaomi, as the false reviews have affected the reputation of the brand, therefore the subject was sentenced to ' elimination of reviews from the web, publish a letter of apology to XIaomi and pay a fine of 10000 yuan, which corresponds to approximately 3860 euros, a figure that Lei Jun's company will probably donate to charity.
In short, the question is not to speak badly of a product, but rather that before giving a judgment you must at least have tried it. But the real question is: the company has considered it good to "defend itself" for a negative judgment given with less than 24 hours of use of a product, as certain aspects cannot be analyzed in this way poco time, but what should we say about all those reviews made just in less than 24 hours, coincidentally all positive as the product was received in preview by the company itself, just to come out first on the "tube"?
