As you can see, the Xiaomi Redmi 4 takes up the design of its older brother, the Redmi Note 4, using an all-metal body milled at the edges with only two small plastic lines under which the various antennas are positioned. At the same time, the position and design of the camera have also changed compared to the previous generation, as it is now located in the central part above the fingerprint sensor (in Redmi Note style) instead of in the upper left corner. . The arrangement of the system speaker also changes, which is now no longer positioned on the back but next to the micro USB port. On the front we find another novelty, namely the presence of rounded edges (2.5D), while the style and arrangement of the three soft-touch keys remains unchanged, as well as the arrangement of the power and volume keys on the right side and the trolley of the SIM cards on the left one.
Regarding the technical specifications of the Xiaomi Redmi 4, there are no variations compared to those leaked so far, consequently we find a 5 ″ inch display with full-HD resolution, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory and processor with maximum clock frequency of 1,8 GHz (Snapdragon 625 or Helio P10). This last point is still not well defined but if we assume that in this version there is the Helio P10, we can imagine that the Snapdragon 625 can be used in a hypothetical Pro version of the Redmi 4.
At its launch, Redmi 4 will have the MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. However, for now we do not know when this will happen, so we are waiting for more information from Xiaomi.
