On this blog we have often talked about patents, more or less imaginative and today we tell you about another one, which in all probability will never see light, even if knowing Xiaomi everything is possible. In fact, this time the Asian company surprises us with a decidedly innovative design, proposing a smartphone that incorporates TWS headphones, inserted in a cavity positioned at the top of the smartphone.
It is clear that the patent will never take shape, given the current and right fashion of making mobile devices slimmer, while a smartphone that integrates earphones, certainly does not position among the most ergonomic smartphones on the market. What appears from the probable patent, however, is that on the front we find a large panel without any hole or heel, a sign that probably the large upper profile could also host a mechanism for the pop-up camera used for selfies.

In reality we are shown only the front and not the rear of the alleged Xiaomi smartphone, which therefore could also have a flip camera as shown in previous patents. Overall, we could also see a device that on the rear adopts a design with a difference in height between the upper and lower body, the upper one of which could be more often to accommodate the TWS earphone compartment.
Of course this would allow not only to store the headphones but also to charge them using the battery of the device, which at this point should also provide a reverse charging system, as on the Mi 10 series of Xiaomi, in order to share precious mAh with other devices. Of course the battery should go well beyond 5000 mAh, now basic on many models.
