The smartphone proposals of the Vivo brand continue, which presented the new Vivo G1 5G a few hours ago, a device that stands out from the mass of top of the range currently on the market thanks to the adoption of an Exynos 980 SoC devoted to 5G connectivity.
The Exynos 980 processor is an octacore solution with a maximum clock at 2.2 GHz which is flanked by 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. As already mentioned, there is 5G support with compatibility with SA and NSA networks, while the connectivity aspect is completed by the presence of GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, dual band WiFi and NFC chipset.
Vivo G1 5G official: a top of the range with SoC Exynos
Judging by the design and the technical data sheet, the new Vivo G1 5G seems to be inspired by OnePlus 7T, considering the presence of a drop notch at the top of the display, 6,44-inch AMOLED type with Full HD + resolution, which houses the 32 MP selfie camera while on the rear the similarities with the OnePlus cousin are even more evident. In fact, we find a quad camera inserted in a porthole that gives vent to a main 48 MP sesnore which is flanked by an 8 MP wide angle lens and two further 2 MP sensors. Appreciated the presence of an EIS stabilizer, both for the front and rear cameras with which it will be possible to record videos in 4K.
There will also be a 4500 mAh battery that will have the task of supplying energy to the entire system. Vivo G1 5G is priced at 3499 yuan, or about 456 euros at the current exchange rate.
