The Vivo Y100 5G has a 4 inch AMOLED E6,67 display with Full HD+ resolution and refresh rate at 120Hz. The panel has a central hole to accommodate the front camera from 8MP and also integrates a fingerprint sensor. The body of the smartphone is IP54 certified, making it resistant to dust and splashes of water.

On the back, the Vivo Y100 5G has a triple camera, consisting of a 50MP main sensor with aperture f / 1.8, a 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture and an anti-flicker sensor. The latter serves to reduce the phenomenon of flickering, i.e. the flashing of artificial lights, which can negatively affect the quality of photos and videos.

The Y100 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, Qualcomm's first processor based on the 4nm manufacturing process. This chip offers greater energy efficiency and better connectivity, thanks to support for 5G networks, dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC and USB-C 2.0. The smartphone has 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal memory expandable.

The battery of the Vivo Y100 5G has a capacity of 5000mAh and supports the quick charge from 80W, which allows you to recharge your smartphone from 0% to 100% in approximately 30 minutes. The operating system is Android 14, customized with theFuntouch OS 14 interface, which offers several unique features, such as passive cooling, gesture control, split-screen gaming, and multi-window.

The Vivo Y100 5G is available in two colors, Black Onyx and Purple Orchid, which change shades depending on the angle and the light. The price in Indonesia starts from 3,899,000 IDR (about 227 euros) for the 8/128GB version and reaches IDR 4,199,000 (around 245 euros) for the 8/256GB version. It is not yet known if and when the device will arrive in other markets.
