Official Vivo Y100 with 120Hz OLED screen and Snapdragon 695
The Vivo Y100 stands out for its elegant and modern design, available in three colors: starry black, glassy blue and glassy blue. The back is made of glass with a particular texture and 3D curvature which improves ergonomics. The front is dominated by a large 6,78 inch OLED screen With center hole for selfie camera, which supports one 120Hz refresh rate for greater fluidity. The screen also uses a new SCHOTT material, resistant to scratches and wear.
The Vivo Y100 does not neglect the robustness and protection of the body, which has obtained the IP54 level of water and dust resistance. In addition, the Y100 has a high-strength aluminum alloy frame and shock-absorbing materials. All in a thickness of just 7,49mm.
La battery is one of the strong points of the Vivo Y100, which features a 5000mAh unit, capable of guaranteeing up to 15 hours of short video viewing. Charging is quick thanks to the battery support 44W technology.
As regards the photographic sector, the Vivo Y100 has one 64 megapixel rear camera with OmniVision OV64B sensor, which supports the optical image stabilization (OIS) and offers a moon mode for taking photos of the natural satellite. The rear camera also supports 2x portrait focal length, for more natural bokeh effects. The front camera is 16 megapixels and offers several smart beauty functions.
On the performance front, the Vivo Y100 builds on the Snapdragon 695 processor, an octa-core chip with a maximum frequency of 2,2GHz and Adreno 619L GPU. The Y100 offers several memory options: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB. Furthermore, it supports storage expansion up to 12GB, allowing you to open up to 37 apps in the background.
The Vivo Y100 is already available for pre-order on Vivo's official website and several e-commerce platforms in China. Prices are as follows:
- 8GB+128GB version: 1399 yuan (around 180 euros)
- 8GB+256GB version: 1599 yuan (around 205 euros)
- 12GB+256GB version: 1799 yuan (around 230 euros)
- 12GB+512GB version: 1999 yuan (around 255 euros)
