Living, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, presented the new one on its official website live Y12 4G, a low-end device that aims to offer a good user experience at an affordable price. The vivo Y12 4G is available in a single version with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory, at a cost of 999 yuan, about 130 Euro at the current exchange rate.

The vivo Y12 4G stands out for its simple but refined design, with a right-angle frame, a side fingerprint sensor and two colors available: Wild Green and Crystal Violet. The screen is a LCD from 6.56 inches with HD+ resolution (1612×720 pixels), which guarantees good visibility and decent definition. The body dimensions are 163.74×75.43×8.09mm and the weight is 186g, quite low for a smartphone in this range.
The smartphone features a MediaTek Helio G85 processor, made with a 12nm process and composed of eight cores, of which two Cortex-A75 at 2.0GHz and six Cortex-A55 at 1.8GHz. The GPU is a Mali-G52MC2 at 1GHz, which ensures good fluidity in games. There RAM memory is LPDDR4X type dual channel and the internal memory is eMMC5.1 type, with the ability to expand it up to 1TB via a microSD card.
One of the strong points of the device is the battery, which has one capacity of 5000mAh and supports the quick charge from 15W. According to the manufacturer, the battery can guarantee up to 38.2 days of standby in 4G with a single SIM and up to 18.9 hours of conversation in 4G Times. Furthermore, the vivo Y12 4G is equipped with various energy saving modes, which allow you to further extend battery life.
As for the photographic sector, the Y12 4G has one front 8 megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, which allows you to take selfies and make video calls. On the back, however, we find a dual camera, consisting of a main sensor from 13 megapixel with f/2.2 aperture and a 2 megapixel auxiliary sensor with f/2.4 aperture, which is used for portrait mode.
Finally, the vivo Y12 4G has OriginOS 3 based on Android 13 as its operating system.
