Vivo Y27 5G caught on Geekbench with Dimensity 6020 processor

Recently, Vivo has been exhibiting a number of new phones, including the I live Y27 5G. Well, according to the latest from China, the new Y27 5G would have appeared on the site of the well-known benchmark platform Geekbench, the smartphone could be equipped with the Dimension 6020 chip, together with 8GB of RAM; let's find out more.

Starting by recalling that in recent weeks the news has leaked that Vivo is developing the next Y27 series, which could have two models, namely Y27 4G and Y27 5G, corresponding respectively to the two models V2249 and V2248. At present, the 5G version of this series, namely the Y27 5G, has appeared in the database of the Geekbench 6 benchmarking platform, and we have been able to know its chipset, RAM and operating system in advance.

Judging by the Geekbench site, the Y27 5G uses one chip MediaTek and it is speculated that it is probably the Dimensity 6020. Also, the test model uses 8 GB of RAM and runs with the operating system Android 13. In Geekbench 6 single-core and multi-core tests, the device scored 595 and 1770 points, respectively.

Previously, the Vivo Y27 5G has already appeared on EEC certification platforms in Europe, TKDN in Indonesia and NCC in Taiwan. The NCC certification has exposed the Y27 5G appearance, revealing that it has a battery from 5000 mAh which supports the quick charge from 44 W. Furthermore, some key specifications of the device have also surfaced on the Google Play Console. Your device screen supports the FHD + resolution, with a pixel density of 440 dpi, and other parameters are similar to those displayed by Geekbench 6.

Finally, according to several sources, the upcoming Y27 5G will likely be a rebranded version of the I live Y36 5G. If the hypothesis turns out to be true, the Y27 5G will be equipped with a 6,64 inch 90Hz LCD displaya main rear camera from 50 megapixels and a 16 megapixel selfie camera.
