Xiaomi, one of the world's smartphone leaders, is about to launch its new flagship model, the Xiaomi 14Ultra, which promises to amaze tech enthusiasts with its advanced features and elegant design. Well, a few weeks before the possible debut, scheduled for next month, some photos have been leaked showing the mold of the case of this highly anticipated device, as well as that of the camera module released previously.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra: a photo of the mold reveals its design
The photos were shared by two Chinese bloggers Smart Pikachu e bald panda, who published the images on their social profiles. From the photos you can see that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra maintains the circular design of the camera module, already seen on the previous Xiaomi 13 Ultra, but with some interesting new features.
The case mold reveals that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will have a metal body with a slight curvature on the edges, which gives an elegant and comfortable look to the device. The screen will be OLED with 2K resolution it's a refresh rate up to 120 Hz, for a fluid and realistic vision. The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, the most powerful and fastest on the market, which will guarantee high performance and optimized energy consumption. There battery will be around 5180 mAh and will support one fast charging both wired and wireless, 90W and 50W respectively. The smartphone will also have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, which will allow for secure and quick unlocking.
As for the camera module, however, this hosts four 50MP lenses each, offering unprecedented versatility. The main camera is equipped with a 900 inch Sony LYT-1 sensor, which guarantees exceptional image quality and high dynamic range. The camera also supportsvariable aperture from f/1.63 to f/4.0, which allows you to adapt to different light conditions and take photos with bokeh effects. The other three cameras are one ultra-wide angle, a tele-macro with 3x zoom and a periscopic with 5x zoom, which allow you to capture every detail from different distances and angles. The camera module is also signed by Leica, the prestigious German photography brand, which ensures superior color rendering and sharpness.
So the Xiaomi 14 Ultra promises to be one of the most innovative and powerful smartphones of 2024, capable of satisfying the needs of the most demanding consumers and photography enthusiasts. The official launch is expected for next month, probably at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, where Xiaomi could also reveal other products in its range.
