Xiaomi and Mijia present a new blood pressure gauge

The collaboration between Xiaomi and Mijia is bringing to light very interesting technology products. Recently we talked about Mi Ecosystem | Mi Ecosystem and the first MiJia brand product | and of the Smart Camera | The second MiJia brand product is a Smart Camera | while now we inform you that the third product that came out of the collaboration of the two companies is a blood pressure monitor. The official name given to the product is MIJIA ihealth Blood Pressure Monitor.

Surely this is not the product most desired by the users but still it is, according to what Xiaomi said, an excellent gift for the elderly. The first jerking feature is the huge 4,3 inch display, specially designed for those people who are beginning to have vision problems.

The operation of this new product is extremely easy, as it has only 2 keys, each of which must be used by a different person. In short, just click on one of the two buttons to start the measurement and, depending on the key pressed, the results will be recorded in one profile or the other. Memory is not a problem as it can hold up to 2000 measurements.

Obviously, when it comes to a product made in collaboration, once connected to the WiFi, make a backup of the measurements made in the cloud, so you can not risk losing them. Indeed, you can set a feature (through the smartphone companion app) that sends an automatic message to WeChat to pre-set contacts (such as children).

The application will also automatically run monthly reports to give you a complete picture of the measurement situation. Thanks to the 2200 mAh battery, autonomy will never be a problem.

But let's get to the most important feature, namely the price. MIJIA ihealth Blood Pressure Monitor is on sale in China at a cost of 399 yuan which, at current exchange rates, is equivalent to about 55 euros.
