Last week, the US company Qualcomm has officially released its Snapdragon 845 processor, which will be the spearhead to be included in the future top of the range for next year, promising performance that is out of the imagination and amazing energy optimizations. The confirmation of its use on the Samsung Galaxy S9 is quite obvious, but in China it will be our beloved Xiaomi to use this CPU on the future Mi 7, also considering Lei Jun's participation at the processor presentation event. Apparently, according to the latest rumors provided by local netizens, the Xiaomi Mi 7 will be proposed in two variants of dimensions, one from 5,65 inches and the other from 6,01 inches.
Probably the largest version will have the suffix PLUS, and both variants of Mi 7 will adopt a display with 18 ratio: 9 with reduced frames, distorting what was the basic design of the previous generation. The battery capacities that seem to be quite scarce remain in doubt, because a unit from 3200 mAh for the standard version and one from 3500 mAh for the 7 Plus Mi, even if the function to the wireless charging seems to be part of the characteristics of both devices.
It is worth mentioning that both the Xiaomi Mi 7 and the Xiaomi Mi 7 Plus will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor, At least 6 GB of RAM with double photographic module on the back with sensors Sony IMX380 to 12 megapixel e Sony IMX350 to 20 megapixel, with probable adoption of AI technology. Rumors suggest one release date scheduled for March 2018 with prices starting from 2699 yuan, about 346 euro for the basic version of the Mi 7 e 2999 yuan, about 384 euro for the Plus version. Maybe it's too early to start dreaming but the 2018 will give us some nice surprises and Xiaomi will not fail to amaze us.
