This morning we published the usual changelog related to weekly development of MIUI 10 but you may have noticed that nothing has been included in the China branch, indeed the changelog previously published on the official forum has even been withdrawn. Currently we still do not know why, but we can imagine that this is due to the fact that the company is frantically working on the release of stable versions of the ROM but also from the fact that the development of these, for some devices, goes even further. In fact, just this morning a post appeared on the update logos, informs us of excellent news regarding the Mi 8, the current top of the range that inspired the cheapest POCOPHONE F1.
According to the update register, Xiaomi Mi 8 will receive the upgrade to Android 9.0 Pie within this week, at the very beginning of the next, after several internal beta have led to a rather substantial development of an MIUI 10 ROM on an Android P basis for Mi 8. The recruitment program will start at the beginning of September even if the methods are not yet clear, or rather it is not clear whether the beta will initially be closed or public.
Xiaomi Mi 8: Android P beta coming in early September
At the moment, the cell phone Xiaomi Mix 2S is the only one of the company's smartphone stable to have the new Android OS P. The new addition of Big G that will soon be implemented on Mi 8 we find, better management of energy consumption thanks to the mode of adaptive battery that learns your smartphone usage habits, so apps and services that you do not use much will not impact consumption. We also find the prediction of the apps that will allow you to perform some actions in a way faster. If you do something like connecting your headphones, the playlist you were previously listening to will be proposed as an action to be performed. So many news that we have already partly admired in MIUI 10 but if you want you can learn more here
