On a European certification, a few days ago, we discovered that one could soon arrive Xiaomi Mi WiFi Extender. Today, on the same certification, we discovered another product: it is a 27 "monitor. At the moment, officially, the company does not own any such device or at least not with the Mi brand. Indeed, this new Xiaomi monitor with model number RMMNT27NF appears to already exist as a Redmi model. Confusion? Let's try to explain it to you better.
Xiaomi Mi Desktop Monitor 27 ": this is the name of the monitor with code name RMMNT27NF which seems to be a rebrand of the Redmi 27"
Within a European certification, we discovered the existence of what it would be called Xiaomi Mi Desktop Monitor 27 ″. This is a bigger PC monitor than it has from poco presented by 24 ″. However, the data confirm a similarity. The model number RMMNT27NF corresponds with that of a Redmi monitor, precisely that presented at the beginning of March in China. We see below the data relating to the certification.
Compared to the Redmi model, this Xiaomi monitor has the Mi branding (visible in the photo on the left). As for the hardware equipment seems to us that it is identical to the other. For this we can expect a device with very thin bezels, from 7.5 mm and with measures 613.2 × 205.3 x 476 mm. As you can see in the picture, this 27 ″ Xiaomi monitor has a removable media: basically if we want to put the device attached to the wall, we can do it by removing the base.
If we're not wrong, the device should offer a panel with IPS technology with 1080p resolution Full HD with viewing angle of 178 °, 100% sRGB color profile and 60Hz refresh rate. It will also integrate a door HDMI, a VGA port and the entrance jack from 3.5 mm for headphones and earphones.
Clearly, as this is a certification, nothing can be said about it yet price e exit date. However, we can expect an announcement in the short term, perhaps in the next 3/4 months. We would like to emphasize that this is not the Xiaomi Gaming Display 27 ″ 165Hz.
