While the vast majority of Xiaomi fans are awaiting the presentations of the Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro and the next Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha, other admirers of the brand, especially the Chinese ones, could instead be more interested in the launch of two new Xiaomi branded televisions.

The Chinese giant has in fact just anticipated the release of two Mi TV Pro with dimensions ranging from 55 ″ to 65 inches diagonal, most likely on the same day that the presentation of the two smartphones mentioned above will take place, the Mi 9 Pro and the Mi MIX Alpha.

The two Xiaomi Mi TV Pro from 55 ″ and 65 ″ arrive a few months after the launch of thelast TV series of Mi TV, which took place in April of this year. That time the brand presented four models, starting with the smallest one from 32 inches for the price of 1099 Yuan (140 €), the one from 43 ″ to 1999 Yuan (255 €), 55 ″ to 2999 Yuan (380 €) and finally the larger from 65 ″ sold at 3999 Yuan (510 €).

That said, TVs coming up next week will be in a higher category, as the "Pro" word suggests. They will only be available in larger sizes and as we read in this article, most likely they will adopt an 8K resolution, so with a total of well 7680 × 4320 pixels.

In addition to the incredible 8K resolution, which as some of you will know is four times that of the 4K, the new Xiaomi Mi TV Pro will also have ultra-thin edges on all four sides and a metal construction, for a look and feel more premium.

All other info regarding the two televisions are still unknown, so we will have to wait for the 24 September to learn more details and the final prices. In any case, however, whether they are exceptional or flops, these TVs, like all the others from Xiaomi, seem to remain an exclusive of the Asian country. Or is it the right time that Xiaomi becomes a true international brand? We, as always, hope so.
