Xiaomi has released its new robot vacuum cleaner and floor cleaner in China, the Mijia Sweeping and Mopping Robot M30 Pro, which stands out for some innovative features. The product is available on Xiaomi's e-commerce platform with a price of 4699 yuan, about 600 euros at current exchange rates.

The first novelty is the “hair clipper” base, which is equipped with a high-strength stainless steel cutting module. This module allows you to cut the hair that wraps around the robot's rotating brush, thus avoiding having to clean it manually. The robot, after completing the cleaning task and returning to the base, rotates at 60 revolutions per minute and moves back and forth to cut hair left and right, while the strong suction sucks it into the dust box.
The second new feature is the function of cleaning with hot water up to 60°C, which facilitates the dissolution of stubborn stains such as sauces. The robot can also dry the mop with hot air in just 2 hours, eliminating the need to wash and dry it by hand. The robot also supports the technology of automatic dual air duct dust collection, with dust bag that can be thrown away once every 75 days.
The capacity of the clean water tank and waste water tank is 4 litres, which allows you to clean even a 240 square meter apartment in one go. The robot also supports optional automatic water feeding and draining devices.
The third novelty is the object recognition at the “human eye” level with artificial intelligence, which allows the robot to identify 55 types of objects such as slippers, socks and scales. The robot has also updated the dirt recognition algorithm with artificial intelligence, which allows it to identify the various dirt particles on the floor in real time and to go over the dirtiest areas.
The robot is equipped with a LED fill light for night vision, which turns on or off based on the ambient light. Also use the LDS laser navigation, which supports 360° scanning of the whole house, quick mapping and a 7000Pa fan.
Finally, the Mijia Sweeping and Mopping Robot M30 Pro is able to recognize carpets and automatically lifts the mop and increases the suction level.
