The Xiaomi Milk Steamer is a milk frother that uses a magnetic centrifuge technology to create the foam and can also heat the milk if you want. The base under the removable container is equipped with a DC motor that can reach a maximum speed of 5.500 revolutions per minute. When the engine is running, the magnetic head begins to rotate, and with it also the component inside the vessel, managing to create a milk foam very quickly.
It is possible to use the machine in three modes: milk foam at normal temperature, heated milk foam and it can also simply heat the milk without foam.
The maximum capacity of the device is 250ml if you only want to heat the milk, but do not exceed the 150ml if you want some foam, unless you want to fill the kitchen. Finally, the container is made of 316 stainless steel and the mouth has been designed following the design of normal milk kettles. Being removable, it is also possible to wash it in the dishwasher, since all the electronics are located in the base.
The Xiaomi Milk Steamer electric milk frother is on sale on the Xiaomi platform at the price of 299 Yuan, about 38 €, but for now only in China.
