The Mitu Kids Watch 4X is the successor to the Kids Watch 4 series presented several months ago. The new smartwatch supports Netcom 4G networks, including China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom. It can also call and locate in more than 200 countries and regions around the world and supports VoLTE HD calling.
In terms of cameras, the Kids Watch 4X children's watch adopts a dual camera design, with a 2MP front camera and 5MP side camera to see around your child clearly. It features a 1,52-inch high-definition screen, supports real-time video calling, and dual cameras can be switched at will (parent chooses which one to use).
The smartwatch supports the object / animal recognition function thanks to the camera and AI, it can in fact recognize animals, plants and objects by taking a photo. It can also provide a vocal and detailed explanation of the recognized object. You can then install over 30 learning apps and receive an assessment of your English pronunciation thanks to AI.
From the point of view of safety, the Mitu Kids Watch 4X has a very advanced positioning system that allows localization even within over 4000 large shopping centers, high-speed railway stations, airports, etc. It also adopts the Xiao AI intelligent positioning algorithm, for even more precise location.
As for autonomy, the smartwatch for learning and child safety equips an integrated high-density battery and capacity of 830 mAh. A low-power chip and an AI intelligent energy-saving algorithm are then used to achieve a full 7 days of standby time.
The Mitu Kids Watch 4X will go on sale on the official Xiaomi website (in China) at the price of 549 Yuan (67 €).
