Xiaomi is not only profitable but also beneficial

In a market where you can hear about it now crisis, companies just think to make profits without thinking about the next. However, there are still producers who believe in people and who think about helping one another not only with their own products but also guaranteeing economic support to what is the primary good: health.

Xiaomi is one of these companies, as it has from poco signed a collaboration with the Shaukhat Khanam Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH) Hospital, one of Pakistan's leading cancer research centers. The Chinese company specifically promised to donate part of its sales to the hospital laying the foundations for sensitization towards a donation project to the hospital.

Xiaomi is currently the the fourth smartphone manufacturer in the world with leader Lei Jun, founder of Xiaomi and CEO, who believes that premium quality products should be at the reach of everyone. Following these beliefs, Xiaomi creates relatively cheaper smart products than its competitors' products.

In 2014 Xiaomi sold more than 61 million smartphones and currently the company's products are sold to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, India, Indonesia and Brazil and this year they also landed on the Pakistan market, 6 ° largest smartphone market in the world, in collaboration with Smart Link Technologies.

Since 2015, the number of users in the country has risen to 125 million and the figure is expected to double by the end of 2019. Pakistan is a country where affordable and quality smartphones are in demand, a perfect environment for Xiaomi to market its products. Another advantage for Xiaomi in Pakistan is that 77% of mobile users are under the age of 30, the brand's reference market.

Starting from these bases, Xiaomi decided to make donations for the next SKMCH cancer care project, the largest tumor hospital in Pakistan serving cancer patients across the country regardless of their economic background.

Only in the 2016 were recorded about 10.200 new patients at the property while the number of outpatient visits has tripled respect the standard. The hospital already receives donations from the population of Pakistan. In the 2016 the Zakat made it possible for the hospital of treat 75% of your cancer patients free of charge. The new project of the SKMCH hospital is focused on the care of children for whom we intend to open a research facility in Karachi. The funds raised by Xiaomi will help establish the research facility with modern equipment.

For every smartphone bought at the Xiaomi Pakistani store , will come donate 1000 rupees, about 13.57 euro, to the SKMCH project while for each accessory such as powerbank, Mi Band, earphones etc .. will be donated 100 rupees, about 1.36 euro.

Certainly a great initiative to be promoted in the hope that the Pakistani people in the choice of the new smartphone will address Xiaomi in order to obtain, besides a quality product, the hope of helping to save a life. Brava Xiaomi hope that other companies will also take the initiative for beneficial actions.

Nerd, Geek, Netizen, terms that do not belong to me. Simply myself, technology lover and provocative as Xiaomi does with his products. High quality at fair prices, a real provocation for the other most famous brands.
