This is a model that fits into the Pad 6 series, which already includes the Pad 6, the Pad 6 Pro and the Pad 6 Max. However, the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro would not be a simple variant, but a product with features and functionality unpublished.
The first confirmation comes from a photo that was found on the global website of Xiaomi, and showing the design of the tablet. The Pad 6S Pro follows the style of the other models in the series, with a metal body, rounded edges and a dual rear camera. But the real news is that the tablet would be designed to integrate with Xiaomi's future electric car, the SU7, which should debut in 2025.
Thanks to the operating system HyperOS, based on Android 13, the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro could offer more advanced connectivity with the SU7, allowing you to control some car functions, view driving information, navigate with the map and listen to music.
But not only. The Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro also stands out for its high-level technical specifications. The tablet would in fact have a 12,4-inch LCD display, with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz, to guarantee exceptional fluidity and sharpness.
Under the hood, the Pad 6S Pro would be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, Qualcomm's second high-end chip, which promises high performance and optimized power consumption. There would be support for the processor 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB of internal storage.
As for the camera, the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro would inherit the system of the Pad 6 Pro / Pad 6 Max, composed of a 50 megapixel main sensor and a 2 megapixel secondary sensor, for portrait mode. There front camera, instead, it would be from 20 megapixel, ideal for video calls and selfies.
