Almost two years after the presentation of the first Poco F1, released in August 2018, the Xiaomi sub-brand finally seems ready to unveil the successor that according to the latest rumors should land on the market with the name of Poco F2 Pro.
Poco F2 Pros: Official arrival in the next few days
Well, today the brand has finally formalized the imminent arrival on different social networks, with the image that we can see just above. Specifically, we see the words "Passion, Power, Cool and Fun". All four words are then used to form the word "POCO". As if the suggestion were not enough, the brand clarified further adding that "After 256 days of waiting, today we can finally say that #PocoÈReturning ".
It is now unclear why 256 days of waiting were mentioned when the Pocophone F1 was released almost two years ago and the last Poco X2 was instead presented in February of this year, so much less than 256 days. Furthermore, doing the calculations, the number of days would seem to take us to August 2019, a period in which no smartphone was presented. Poco. So it's a simple miscalculation?
In any case, the smartphone that we are going to see in the next few days will almost certainly be the global version of the Redmi K30 Pro. However, the doubt remains about the name as it could be called Poco F2 o Poco F2 Pro, but "poco" it matters.
The smartphone will adopt the modern and performing Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, accompanied by at least 8GB of RAM and 12GB of internal memory. Photography side, we will find at least four cameras on the back, with the main having 64MP resolution, a secondary 5MP (telephoto), a third 13MP with ultra wide lens and finally a 2MP depth sensor. While in front we will have the famous camera with pop-up mechanism and 20MP resolution. Finally, the Poco F2 / F2 Pro will be powered by a 4700mAh battery with 33W quick charge support.
