Let's go back to talking about gadgets dedicated to home automation, telling you about two new products that Xiaomi has presented on its reference channels. The first responds to the name of Mijia Smart Curtain, that is a small motor for curtains powered by an electrical outlet and which allows us to motorize our curtain track.
To achieve this, Xiaomi Mijia Smart Curtain integrates a silent DC type motor, housed inside an ABS structure that measures 10 cm. The noise generated is only 30 dB, using a power of 20 W capable of moving any type of curtain, even those with a consistent thickness.
In support we find a 3-meter aluminum alloy guide that can be adapted to the size of your window by simply removing the excess part of the rod. The installation is simple but in any case in China, Xiaomi offers the free installation service.
Finally, there is the smart character, perfectly integrating the new Mijia Smart Curtain with Xiaomi's vast AIoT ecosystem, thanks to the integration of a WiFi module that will allow us to control the gadget via XiaoAI's voice assistant. An interesting product that is offered at the price of 699 yuan, or about 87 euros at the current exchange rate.

Another interesting product, this time presented on the Youpin crowdfunding, concerns the cleaning of the window panes, that is a practical cleaning robot capable of climbing on the window panes avoiding us the inconvenient use of the ladder.
The glass cleaning robot is launched with the Hutt brand with dimensions equal to 231,5 × 231,5 x 76 mm, completely made of ABS plastic highly resistant to shocks and scratches. Integrated we find an advanced suction system that allows the robot to anchor to any window, as well as exploit a complex cleaning algorithm avoiding accidental scratches of the glass surface.
As we said, we have a powerful motor with a suction capacity of 2600 PA, equipped with an intelligent system capable of adapting the suction power based on the level of dirt on the glass. There is also a water spray system via a 150 ml tank, to be filled with our favorite glass cleaning detergent.
The Hutt robot integrates a 650 mAh battery, capable of providing sufficient autonomy for cleaning large windows, equal to about 30 minutes, time that can be extended by using the power cable.
The price of this new glass cleaning robot that Xiaomi offers us on Youpin is 1299 yuan, about 162 euros per exchange, with shipments starting on 5 July 2020, the date after which we could see it land on third party stores such as AliExpress .
