Seized by the enthusiasm for the best-selling Redmi Note 7 announced a few months ago and the recent Redmi Note 7 Pro, some of us may have forgotten about the even more entry-level option that the new Xiaomi sub-brand usually announces, we are obviously talking about the next Redmi 7.
Well, today after a long period of silence, finally new rumors about this device come. In fact, the smartphone would have been immortalized on the Chinese certification platform TENAA codenamed "M1810F6LE", in the certificate we then find various information that make us a little 'understand what we will have to do.

Let's start with one of the most important components, the display. The Xiaomi Redmi 7 comes with a 6,26-inch diagonal screen, so a fairly big jump compared to the 5,45-inch Xiaomi Redmi 6. The resolution will remain low, however, at only 1520 × 720 px (therefore HD +) but that was to be expected on a low-end terminal.
As for the other dimensions, we will have a height of 158.6mm, 76.4mm of width and 8.9mm of thickness, with a final weight of 180 grams. The Redmi 7 will then be available in different colors: black, red, blue, pink, white, green, purple and gray (there is one for all tastes!).

Another very important specification that we get from the listing on TENAA is the battery capacity. The next Redmi 7 will indeed have a battery from 3900mAh, so a nice step ahead of that from 3000mAh present in the old Redmi 6.
Now we do not know which CPU will be coupled this large battery and therefore we can not assume the future autonomy of the device, usually excellent in that range. While from the point of view of the amount of RAM and storage, we expect two options with 3GB and 32GB or 4GB and 64GB, both expandable through a microSD card.
All the other specifications and the final design are unknown, we could find a Redmi Note glass back cover in 7 or metal like in the previous devices, or even in a more reflective plastic (with glass effect).

Given the lack of rumors and leaks, we just have to wait a little longer 'and hope that Redmi announces another best seller for that price range, as usual.
