Everyone loves Xiaomi for its cheap devices coupled with quality hardware and excellent software. For some of you the Redmi series, that is the most convenient, is perhaps the only one that you have ever been interested in because maybe you do not want to spend a lot on a smartphone.
Well, apparently the prices seen to date may seem excessive, if the certificates just appeared on FCC sites in America, EEC in Russia and IMDA in Singapore will confirm the presence of a new series of terminals with on board Android Go.
Xiaomi Redmi Go: Xiaomi's first Android smartphone Go is coming
What is Android Go? A version of Android specifically designed for less performing devices with up to 1GB of RAM. With Android Go then comes a suite of lightened app that therefore consume less resources and are not too slowed by the entry-level hardware.
Returning to the various certifications that appeared online today, the device in question could be called Redmi Go, in fact this is the name shown on the IMDA Singaporiano website.
As for the specifications, however, the only detail that we can extrapolate from the American FCC site is the size of the display, which could be a diagonal 5,9. The size was deduced from the actual measurements of the device with code name “M1903C3GG” made public a few days ago, which give it with a height of 141mm and a width of 71mm. The other components are still unknown but we expect 1GB of RAM, like many other smartphones already on sale with this operating system.
In conclusion, the Xiaomi Redmi Go finally seems to be coming, although late as the first rumors gave it out for March this year and, in the meantime, other manufacturers like Samsung, Huawei and Motorola have presented their devices Android Go
