After having anticipated it last week, today the Chinese technology giant has launched the Xiaomi TV Stick 4K. The new generation of Xiaomi's smart TV stick is currently official only in India and has support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos as its strong point. The Xiaomi TV Stick 4K will be sold in India at the price of 4999 Indian rupees, about 56 euros at current exchange rates.

Going to the technical characteristics, Xiaomi's new generation 4K TV stick is equipped with a quad-core Cortex A35 processor, while the GPU is an ARM Mali-G31 MP2. The product also comes with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of storage space.
The Xiaomi TV Stick 4 supports dual-band 802.11 ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0, as far as the ports are concerned, we find the HDMI interface to connect it to the TV, the Micro USB interface for power supply.
In addition, the device comes with a Bluetooth remote control with 360-degree infrared emitter, has a dedicated voice assistant button, quick buttons for major streaming services and comes pre-installed with the most popular apps, namely Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Youtube.
As for the software, Xiaomi's new TV Stick 4K runs on the Android TV 11 operating system and has the Google Play Store pre-installed so you can access more than 10000 applications and more than 400000 movies and online content.
As mentioned earlier the device supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, can also use the Google Assistant voice assistant and has Chromecast built-in, so users can stream their favorite content from their phones, tablets or laptops to their televisions.
