A few days after the official presentation, the new Xiaomi Yi 4K Camera has already shown itself in a first hands-on video. For the uninitiated, this is the second generation of Xiaomi's action camera which, although at a higher price (about 250 euros at the exchange rate), offers an extremely performing hardware sector and certainly at the levels of the most noble (and expensive) GoPro.
Before continuing, we briefly remind you of the technical characteristics of the Xiaomi Yi 4K Camera:
- Display: 2,19 inch touchscreen, 330 ppi, Gorilla Glass, with viewing angle of 160 °
- Sensor: 12 megapixel Sony IMX377, f / 2.8, and 155 ° recording angle with EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization)
- CPU: Ambarella A9SE95,
- Video resolutions: 4K @ 30 fps, 1080p up to 120 fps, 720p up to 240 fps, time lapse (0,5 / 1 / 2 / 5 / 10 / 30 / 60 seconds)
- Connectivity : Bluetooth 4.0, dual band Wi-Fi (2,4 and 5 GHz)
- Battery: 1.400 mAh (2 Hours of Shooting in 4K)
Moving to the hands-on video shows some of the parameters that can be set by the introduction of the touchscreen display. Obviously, the Chinese language can be modified so that it can be easily used around the world.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a demo movie to show you but we are sure that in the coming days not only will it be published but will also be published with the GoPro counterpart.
Before leaving you, we want to remind you to take a look at the first unboxing of the Xiaomi Mi Max | First unboxing and panoramic view of the Xiaomi Mi Max (photo) | and that the 2 Mi Band will be officially presented and marketed in the first days of June Lei Jun confirms the launch of the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 in June |.
