Google has introduced and is already testing a brand new YouTube feature: sharing reactions at certain points in a video

Search giant Google has unveiled a new feature on its YouTube streaming service that allows users to share emojis at a specific point in a video. The function is already in the process of test. On the YouTube help page, the PR manager said:

We are excited to start launching the Synced Reactions experiment today, a new way to share a reaction (emoji, confetti, etc.) at a specific point in a video. We have received so much positive feedback on the Beta Timed Comment feature (where you can add and view comments on specific points in a video) that we wanted to test similar features.

The feature the manager talks about allows YouTube viewers to leave comments at certain points in the video. Thanks to the new beta test, YouTube viewers will be able to post reactions like Face with Tears of Joy, Surprised Cat, Heart, Shocked Face, Party Popper, 100%, Question Mark e Bulb. According to the YouTube team itself, the reactions at certain points in the video will be implemented in future. This means they will either increase or decrease based on user feedback.

It is useful to remember that this function is in addition to timed comments where we can add and view comments for specific moments in videos.
