It is a pair of “bean” headphones created in collaboration with the Head and Neck Surgery Department of Otolaryngology of the Shenzhen University Hospital. Research into earbuds and sleep tests led to the launch of the 1MORE ComfoBuds Z 'sleeping beans' to help improve sleep quality.
This earphone is the lightest and smallest of the earphone products currently launched by 1MORE. Compared to ColorBuds, the thickness of the body is reduced by approximately 46% and the volume is reduced by approximately 72%. A single earphone weighs just 2,7g, making it super light. It also has a very stable ergonomic shape, it is not easy to fall even if we sleep on the side and it has an external design with a flat edge so as not to protrude from the ear and put pressure, always for when we sleep on the side.
The ergonomic in-ear design fits hermetically to the inner wall of the ear canal and thanks to the medical known-how of the ear canal, high efficiency physical noise isolation performance can be achieved. For example, by wearing headphones you can isolate external noise and internal noise up to 24 decibels, i.e. noises such as snoring companion, cat scratching the wall, general noises in the dorm, office conversations, etc. . In any case, in order to obtain effective scientific data to verify the sleep-enhancing effect of ComfoBuds Z, as mentioned above, 1MORE has partnered with the Sleep Monitoring Center of the Otolaryngology Department to conduct research on headphones during sleep, with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the 1MORE ComfoBuds Z in the pre-sleep period, the shielding from external noises and whether the white noise melodies that intervene in situations where it is not easy to fall asleep, helping to improve the quality sleep of the subjects.
Then, through the sleep breathing monitoring system by the Head and Neck Surgery Department of Otolaryngology, Shenzhen University General Hospital, data on the sleep structure of the person wearing the headset was collected and the corresponding comparative report was formed. The report shows that wearing the ComfoBuds Z can effectively reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the light sleep period becomes shorter, the deep sleep period of the golden sleep becomes longer, and the systemic rest time becomes longer.
