ASUS is about to launch its new smartphone series Zenfone 11, composed of two models: ithe Zenfone 11 and the Zenfone 11 Ultra. The latter has been the subject of numerous previews, which have revealed its design and technical characteristics. The latest leak comes from the famous Evan Blass, who shared high definition renderings of the device on Twitter, showing the four color variants available.
Leakster reveals the next ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra
The Zenfone 11 Ultra will be offered in Eternal Black, Skyline Blue, Misty Gray and Desert Sienna colors. A fifth option, Green Vegetables, was previously shown by another leakster, but was not confirmed by Blass. The design of the device is very similar to that of the series ROG Phone 8, ASUS' gaming flagship, with a display on the back.
The display will be a 6,78 inch LTPO AMOLED panel, with Full HD+ resolution and refresh rate up to 144 Hz. The device will be equipped with the fingerprint reader under the screen and will be based on the Android 14 operating system. The front camera will be 32 megapixels, while the rear ones will be three: one main 50-megapixel camera with Sony IMX890 sensor and OIS gimbal stabilization, one 13 megapixel ultra-wide angle with 120 degree field of view and a 32 megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS.
Pushing the Zenfone 11 Ultra will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the most powerful on the market, made with a 4 nanometer production process. The processor will be joined by up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The battery will be from 5.500 mAh, with support to the 65W wired and 15W wireless fast charging.
ASUS has not yet officially announced the presentation date of the Zenfone 11 series, but it is assumed that it will take place within the first quarter of 2024. The prices of the two models are not even known, but we can assume that the Zenfone 11 Ultra is positioned in the high on the market, given its top-of-the-range technical data sheet.
