Returning to our MIUI, however, today the official channel on Weibo has revealed a new interesting filter which will be equipped with the "Camera" app.
A Black & Gold filter, if we can call it so, which allows a WOW effect on photos at night (and not only): we will find it on MIUI 12
Doubtless Xiaomi has focused heavily on imaging thinking the MIUI 12. The effects both on the camera app and on the system applications will be numerous: just think of the Super wallpapers and the dynamic animations that we already talked about earlier. To these, however, will be added a very interesting filter that will bring our photographs at night (and not only) to a level up. Let's see what it is through the shots below.
Through artificial intelligence which will be equipped with the operating system, significantly improved with fresh and updated algorithms, the "Camera" application will allow you to get to the effect you see in these shots. The yellow shades will be highlighted compared to the others, making sure that details such as the brightest lights and colors are put in the foreground; the contrast with black borders on professional effects. Such an effect is currently only possible through third-party applications that allow you to add filters to edit photos: think of filters Instagram or similar apps. To be honest, the Xiaomi native "Camera" app on MIUI 11 also allows such effects but not at this level.
As you can see the effect that highlights the light, which for convenience we called Black & Gold will give its best in lighting conditions similar to that shown in this photograph. It is easy even see the shape of the sun at sunset thanks to this particular filter. It has not been confirmed whether this effect will be available immediately, but without a doubt we "poor" global users will be able to use it in the near future. What do you think?
