It has been a long time since smartphones with single rear camera they are not realized. Nowadays even the an entry level, for the most part, they are equipped with at least two sensors. The device produces decent exposure, excellent colors and fast autofocus performance. It can even beat more expensive flagships in low-light scenarios when it comes to detail and image noise. The Google Pixel 4a is therefore not equipped with a second sensor for the bokeh effect but the proprietary algorithm of "miracles". However, not all that glitters is gold as they occur depth estimation errors and not rarely.
