We see step by step how to proceed
1.Preparativi:
- Make sure your adb console is installed on your computer (link) and drivers (link) adb and fastboot, ready folder with the adb (link).
- Enable Usb Debug from the Settings menu.
- Connect the device to the pc via usb.
- From a pc command window (dos window), write the following command to send the phone to fastboot: adb reboot bootloader
- Once the phone is in fastboot mode make sure your pc sees the phone by always writing in the command window: fastboot devices
- If you do not see a serial number that is your terminal id it means that the fastboot is not configured correctly.
2. Flash recovery:
- Download the latest recovery available on the official website of the Rom http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=ham
- (if you have already unlocked the bootloader, skip this step) To unlock the bootloader you need to flag "Unlock oem"in developer options, select the advanced restart so you can restart the device menu from the menu in various modes: recovery, fast bootloader etc.
Then proceed with the adb commands: restart in bootloader (fastboot) them type the usual path: "c: \ android \ sdk \ platform-tools" and then type the reset command of the userdata:
fastboot oem unlock-go. The phone will restart, you must immediately put it back in fastboot mode without returning to Android otherwise the entire operation will be canceled, to do so hold down the volume rocker in the center so that you will have pressed vol + & - at the same time in order to enterin Recovery mode, here you have to re-boot bootloader. - Connect the Z1 via usb to the pc
- Put the recovery in the same Adb folder and launch a command window.
- From a pc command window (dos window), write the following command to send the phone to fastboot: adb reboot bootloader you can send the device in fastboot mode by pressing the vol- and power buttons (if you are unlocking the bootloader with this guide, skip this point).
- Flash the recovery by writing the following string in the command window: fastboot flash recovery cm-13.0-20160130-NIGHTLY-ham-recovery.img
- Once the process is completed, restart the device in recovery mode with the combination vol + vol + and power.
- If you see the cyano recovery well you are at 2 \ 3 of the work.
3. Rom installation:
- Download the rom and place it in the sd card
- Start the phone in recovery mode by pressing the volumetric + and power buttons.
- Select Wipe data / factory reset.
- Select install zip> install zip from sideload.
- Choose the rom cyan we have previously placed on the sd card.
- Once installed if you are not mistaken, restart the phone and enjoy your rom cyan.
