[Guide] Gearbest Shipments, tracking and timing.

However, it may happen that the timing is longer. When you buy, always check the time range at which the item could be shipped. Please note that normally the first reported will be on the day of dispatch.

If you spent the 15 business days you have not yet received your parcel, open a ticket to Gearbest (No Mail, No Chat, No Messages) and ask for delays on the delay or refund.
The PayPal complaint use it as a last resort, but you will see that there will be no need. If you open an "unjustified" dispute against GEARBEST, you will be put on their blacklist and you will no longer be able to purchase via PayPal, but only with direct transfer payments.

Hi, you talked about a GB Blacklist in the case of blocking the payment via PP. Unfortunately I have stumbled into this situation because their assistance is slow and not very efficient.
I have tried to change PP account, credit card and GB account but I am stuck. Is there a way to unblock the situation? I will absolutely never pay by WU or bank transfer. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have the same problem as you! but what did you do to run into this situation? Because I did not understand what he did wrong to enter the blacklist of gb ... I ask for an explanation via ticket and they don't tell me anything except that I have to pay with WU (with the cabbage I pay with WU)

Unfortunately, I have already opened about ten live chat, tickets and support via Facebook. The answer is always “there is no blacBlack”, “pay with WU or bank transfer”, “PP contacts”. I'll have to give up until I change my bank, address and email address.

Guys, I need to ask you for advice.
I ordered a package on October 27 from gearbest with italy express then in Italy delivered by bartolini.
The parcel has not arrived yet.
Gearbest saw the situation confirmed that the package could be lost and says it has issued a refund.
My question is if the package were to arrive as I must behave as I received the refund ??? do I still have to pick it up?
I do not know how to behave, what would you do?

In fact, I also contacted him three or four times, always receiving the usual answers you say. At some point they were the ones who contacted me just because they wanted to make sure that the package had arrived. Which seemed strange to me because since it is a tracked package, it makes me think that they don't have a complete track. Let's say that the correctness would be that in case you arrive you should return the refund but in your case you have really waited so much and I think there is nothing wrong with keeping both the package and the refund. In any case, I think GearBest does not expect to see the phone come back.
If you really want to feel comfortable ask them

Hi Simone, thanks for your reply. Will update. I asked them what to do in case the package arrives in the next days or months. Remember that 31 business days have passed and at least 44 calendar days since their shipment. They told me to refuse the package because they have already repaid me. Often bought on Gearbest also thanks to you.
For some time I have known this new “EU Express” shipment which can also be seen in the screenshots above.
How does it work?
I think it's like Italy Express just paying a little bit more half the time but I do not find any info anywhere.

PS: 20 I ordered the RN4, the 22 is off and Monday 30 will be delivered (barton SMS). I would say very well that the ITxxx start code was never traceable.

From what GearBest told us for EUexpress there is a small risk of paying customs.
With regard to IT tracking on Bartolini, it has always been traceable by entering it as the "Customer ID", obviously only after taking charge of BRT.
Does it also work on "Shipment number" for you?

Actually with the IT code on the customer neck ID I can track it but on gearbest they give as a site to track faryaa but it doesn't find anything. Bartolini sent me an SMS with a single digit code saying there was a package for me. The important thing is that it is punctual. Now I'm waiting for a package I ordered (Redmi 4A taken at 76 € thanks to you) that was supposed to leave with Italy Express (there is also written in the order info) but it started as untraceable. With the code that Bartolini sends you with the SMS you can obviously trace it, I was referring to even before the SMS.
If they are wrong, be sure to refund any fees. In any case, open a ticket to make it present.
