And Bluetooth headsets are always convenient especially if the fashion to make the 3.5 mm jack disappear on smartphones continues to take hold.
That said, the new Bluetooh earphones from Xiaomi are characterized from the classic and unmistakable minimal design but at the same time refined even if this time the aspect is enriched by one sort of half-turn collar made of soft rubber in the part that will rest on our neck and aluminum in the ends that incorporate also the left side controls for volume control, play / pause and microphone. The bow shape is decidedly ergonomic and the weight of only 40 grams makes them particularly suitable for use during sports activities, allowing maximum freedom of movement.
We find one battery from 137 mAh which guarantees to the company, approximately 8 hours of continuous music playback, 200 hours standby or 10 hours of calls, and that can be loaded in about 2 hours via a common micro USB cable and charger from 5V / 1A. At the Bluetooth level we find an 4.1 module that supports HFP / HSP / A2PD / AVRCP protocols, while the driver impedance is 32 Ohm with sensitivity of 100 dB and answer in frequency with range from 20 to 20000 Hz. The sound is returned to the level of a CD thanks to the CSR 8645 chip of AAC audio decoding, which guarantees high performance and sound fidelity without loss of detail.
The new Xiaomi Bluetooth headsets will be available from the 3 April at the company store at the price of 299 yuan, about 38 euro, in 3 colors: black, gold, gray. Maybe the price net of the specifications is slightly higher than the standards that the company has accustomed us to, so it is likely that some specifications have not been completely leaked, otherwise I do not think it's a good deal.
