This morning, the product manager of the series Honor Play, Wei Xiaolong, announced on his personal Weibo (Chinese Twitter) that the Honor Play 7T series will officially debut on March 28.
The Honor Play 7T series has a presentation date: everything is focused on the battery!

Judging by the posters provided, the Honor Play 7T series is focused on battery life this time around and as some of you may remember the series Honor Magic5 released a few weeks ago uses a battery technology called "Qinghai Lake". This could mean new battery technology being brought straight to the low-end product line, though it honestly is poco likely.
Recall that the battery "Qinghai Lake" series Honor Magic5 uses silicon-carbon anode technology, which can greatly increase battery capacity and improve battery life. This also makes the Magic5 Pro the first flagship with a battery exceeding 5000mAh capacity.

Compared with graphite anode batteries, the energy density of carbon-silicon anode technology battery increased by 12,8%, and with low-voltage charge polymerization technology, the capacity of low-voltage batteries increased by 240%.
We also note that Honor Play's product line has always been relatively entry-level. The previous generation Honor Play 6T is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, a 6,7-inch waterdrop notch LCD screen, 1600 x 720 resolution, and a 90Hz refresh rate.
For photos, the smartphone was equipped with triple rear cameras with resolutions of 13MP + 2MP + 2MP and a 5MP front camera. Other specs aboard the Play 6T included a 5000mAh battery, support for 22,5W fast charging, a side fingerprint sensor, and a 3,5mm headphone jack. All at a starting price of 1199 yuan, about 160 euros at the current exchange rate.
