The M3 Max, Meizu's largest smartphone, has just been released, and with it the product line has actually been completed: PRO 6, MX6, Meizu M3E, Meizu M3 Note, M3 / M3S, Meizu U10 / U20. However, the Chinese company does not seem to have stopped, it seems that a new smartphone is in the works.
Some rumors spoke of a conference that should have been held on September 13 (in which it was assumed that the new admiral of the company, the Meizu PRO 7, could be announced), but it seems that it was only rumors. Lin Nan (vice president of Meizu) has in fact stated that the company is looking forward to announcing the PRO 7, but that the latter will be presented in 2017. A few hours after Lin's announcement, however, it began to the image of a Chinese catalog circulating on the net in which the item “Pro 6s” is clearly visible.
The image therefore leads us to think that the company could soon present an improved version of the PRO 6, and therefore not the PRO 7 that has been talked about so much. Although the name of the new device is not yet known, its specifications are almost certain (according to some leaks on the benchmarks). The smartphone will be equipped with a display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440p, 4 Gb of RAM and 64 Gb of internal memory (expandable). The operating system will be Flyme based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. We also know that it will mount a 12 Mpx rear camera and a 5 Mpx front camera. This is all we can tell you about Meizu's new device and now we just have to wait for the Chinese company to reveal its plans for the future.
