sorry for the question, but in the zuk as in the other there are 3 types of shipment (flate rate, standard and expedited) to have the customs-free shipment which i have to choose and however they are always shipped out of china, but it is the same as if it has problems there do they think retreat?

Mine, taken 15 days ago, is still in the drawer. It has a bug that causes it to crash and shut down. Reading on the zukfans forum I'm not the only one, and you can't figure out what the cause is. Returning it to China costs almost 50 euros (with the risk that they will not accept the guarantee), so I keep it, hoping to sort it out somehow.

Yes, I tried some of them, then I returned to the ZUI stock (which is not identical to Gearbest), but the problem does not seem to depend on the ROM.

I thought so too, also because other people who may have received phones from the same game as me have the same problem. Then one came up that says that it could be a kernel problem and that it could fix it ... The real reason I didn't send it back is that I don't want to spend money to send it back (I didn't know about paypal) and then not see the guarantee , as Gearbest has a VERY restrictive policy. On mine I removed custom recovery and re-locked the bootloader, but the rom is no longer theirs. They offered me 20USD, I almost get it... Read the rest »

I didn't find it, and then to install it, if I understand correctly, it doesn't have to be a zip (since you can't use TWRP) but you need the rom in QPST format because it must be loaded with QFIL.

Always remember that you have 3 days to request a refund which also includes return charges.

I have just tried both codes and are still active.
