A popular saying goes: “a guide a day keeps the doctor away”, or maybe it was an apple… .. It doesn't matter! Today we will help all the miuiers who own a Redmi 3 because the first multilingual rom came out thanks to the guys from mobilecity.vn.
The installation is unfortunately not very simple but we will guide you as usual step by step, let's see the steps:
0. Pre-installation, you have a look at this package download and properly installed adb drivers download
- Install the 7.0.11 Rom from the update app.
- Root your phone with root.apk file to install by phone. (find it in the package)
- Copy the package file system.img into the main folder of your phone
- Now you need to enable USB DEBUGGING. You have to go to About Phone and press 7 times on the MIUI Version Space. Now open the new Additional settings field, select it and go to Developer Options and then Activate USB Debugging.
- Open a command window google helps from the unpacked Roma folder.
- Write:
code:
adb devices
- Your phone will ask you to activate USB debugging
- Start adb shell:
code:
adb shell on
- Now launch two more command lines:
busybox rm -fR / cust / *
busybox rm -fR / data / miui
10. Copy system.img to the system:
busybox dd if = / data / media / 0 / system.img bs = 4096 of / dev / block / mmcblk0p23
11. wipe data
wipe data
12. Restart the phone
reboot
That's all now you have an obviously unofficial multilingual rom with root and Gapps. I recommend you to install the Google keyboard, that of the rom is really bad and poco functional.
We thank Loxar for its cooperation.
