Together with the Xiaomi Mi 10 Extreme Edition, which as we discovered yesterday will be presented on 11 August, another device will arrive with the name of Redmi K30 Extreme Commemorative Edition. The Redmi K30 ECE is the one that in recent weeks we had known with the name of Redmi K30 Ultra and of which we know almost everything by now.

In fact, the Redmi K30 Extreme Edition will be nothing more than a new variant of the Redmi K30 Pro released several months ago but with a different chip. The chip that we will find on board the Extreme version will in fact be produced by MediaTek, it is specifically the Dimensity 1000+. A high-performance SoC that is able to compete with Qualcomm's top-of-the-range CPU for the year 2019, the Snapdragon 855, scoring over 530.000 points on AnTuTu. Furthermore, the processor is based on a modern 7nm manufacturing process and uses the ARM Cortex A77 architecture with eight cores and a maximum frequency of 2,6 GHz.
As for other specs the Redmi K30 Extreme will adopt the same 6,67-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 as the K30 Pro, but which could see a refresh rate increase to 120Hz.
On the back we will have four sensors with the main one from 64MP, (Sony IMX686 sensor), while we do not know the specifications of the others but they could include a 5MP sensor with 2x zoom, a 2MP depth of field sensor and a 13MP camera ultra wide angle with 123 degree field of view.
The smartphone should then adopt a battery with a capacity of 4500mAh and for rapid charging we arrive at a maximum power of 33W which allows you to recharge the device from 0 to 100% in just 60 minutes.
In any case, as mentioned above we will discover all the features between poco less than a week.
