After several days, if not weeks, of rumor which led us to think that the next Redmi Note 8 would be presented on 29 August, here comes the official Redmi teaser that makes all our certainties collapse.
Oh yes, the Xiaomi sub-brand has just released a teaser that confirms the presentation of the device for tomorrow, the 21 in August at 10: 00, so more than a week before the scheduled date. But it does not end there, because the device in question may not even be the Note 8, but the most premium Redmi Note 8 Pro (according to Chinese media).

How can we say that? Well, quite simply looking at the setup of the rear cameras. As you can see we find in fact four sensors on the back cover immortalized in the teaser. So one more than the three that are instead given on the Redmi Note 8 (not Pro), sensible differentiation in our opinion given that the Note 7 only had two cameras and it is more logical to add a unit for its successor.
This detail therefore makes us think that it is not the Note 8, but the Note 8 Pro, an even more premium version of the device that would also carry a TOF sensor, or a type of sensor used for measuring distances and in the reconstruction of 3D images. While the three real cameras would have resolution of 64MP, 12MP and 8MP and as often happens they will be accompanied by lenses of various types: wide-angle, ultra wide-angle and telephoto. We also remember that the sensor from 64MP will be the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 recently presented by the South Korean technology giant.
That said, the last link at the bottom could also be the fingerprint sensor, which would therefore invalidate the theory just quoted above.
In any case, it is really missing poco at the official presentation, so we just have to wait and see what Redmi has in store for us.
