After months of requests, even the latest series of new devices Redmi begins to receive the long-awaited MIUI 12. The problems in receiving this release are now under everyone's eyes: even the most recent devices, even the top of the range, have had many problems. Every promise is a debt, as the saying goes. If the promise has been kept, the same cannot be said for the performances of this release. Unfortunately i bugs are many, many and Xiaomi is playing the winning card badly this year. Unfortunately MIUI 12 is unstable although there are ways to put a patch. After installing the update (we recommend doing it also for Redmi Note 9S) it is useful to proceed with a hard reset or at least in the following ways:
- remove bloatware (pre-installed apps that you don't use;
- disable MIUI optimization;
- disable auto adjust contrast in settings;
- disable Super Wallpapers and switch to static ones;
In general all bugs, with a factory reset, should be cleared but if not, you can try the previous ways. Sure, all of this waiting for an official fix which, we hope, will not be long in coming. Anyhow today begins the rollout of MIUI 12 for the above device.
