In the video just released on Twitter, we can take a look at this other device arriving together with the Redmi 9A on February 11th. Now, being only a teaser, we have no official confirmation on the type of product, but the Indian media seem confident enough that it is a power bank.
As evidence of this, Redmi India has included the phrases "#Power has a new look!" And "Coming soon. #MorePowerToRedmi! ". He then used the word "Power" twice.
As for the specifications, these could be similar to those of the Redmi power banks released last year in China.

In particular, we have two products with capacities of 10000mAh and 20000mAh. The first has two USB type A ports (therefore ordinary ones) which allow you to charge two devices at the same time with an output power of 5.1V-2.6A. While as regards the charging of the power bank, it is possible to use both a USB Type-C port (the reversible one) and an old microUSB. The high density lithium ion battery has an official capacity of 37Wh.
While the 20000mAh power bank also has two USB type A ports but this time with support for 18W fast charging; to be precise at 5.1V-3.6A. Then there are the USB Type-C and microUSB ports for charging the battery, always with 18W charging support. The official capacity of the same is 74Wh.
Now we just have to wait a few more days to understand if the power banks that will be presented in India are the same product or something completely new.
