According to the famous Chinese leakster Digital Chat Station, the Mi Watch Lite seen previously will in fact be marketed in China as Redmi Watch. The device had previously appeared with model number Xiaomi REDMIWT02 on the American certification site FCC (Federal Communications Commission), also showing us a series of very interesting specifications.

Let's start with the display, which should adopt a 1.41-inch diagonal panel, with HD resolution, in color and with touchscreen support. The screen also appears to adopt technology to adjust brightness automatically according to external light conditions.

Then we have the presence of an independent GPS module that will allow us to keep track of our movements without the need for a smartphone and a heartbeat sensor with 24-hour function.

Finally, always from the certificate we can discover the capacity of the battery that we will find on board the Redmi Watch. We are talking specifically about 230mAh, even if this is a figure in itself and not very useful to help us understand what the real duration of the autonomy is. In any case, the smartwatch will be compatible with both Android 4.4+ devices and iOS 10+ devices.

The presentation date of the Redmi Watch is still unknown, although it will probably remain a cheaper Chinese exclusive.
